We are looking for a Cadet Estimator to join our team at Townsville Stainless Steel. ​ Due to our increasing workload, our team is expanding. This full-time position in Townsville will be awarded to a self-starter who is highly organised and keen to learn. The successful candidate will have: A great attitude A good work ethic Be willing to learn ​The position includes: Working full time – 38 hours per week 4 weeks paid annual leave Townsville based position 1.30pm finish every Friday Full training will be provided. No prior experience is necessary however, experience in a trade environment will be an advantage. We are proud to continue supporting Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation through the Silver Lining Long Lunch in Townsville. ​ We donated a custom designed and locally made stainless steel kitchenette which included: 4 burner BBQ (with thanks to BBQ's Galore Townsville) Stone benchtops (generously donated by Townsville Stone) Integrated sink Stainless steel cabinetry ​This was auctioned off at the event held at the Metropole Townsville on 12 October 2024. In total the event raised over $50,000! Well done Townsville, we're proud to be associated with such a generous community.

Waterfront café and bar Levanti is open and offering delicious eats and treats for the Townsville community. At Townsville Stainless Steel we are proud to have worked closely with George and his team to design the kitchen, scullery and bar area as a functional, efficient work space. Once designs were completed and approved, our team manufactured and installed all of the stainless steel you see at Levanti. Congratulations to everyone involved, the venue looks amazing!

Exhaust canopies for commercial hospitality applications are a core part of our business here at Townsville Stainless Steel.​ Working closely with our clients, Ash designs a custom made solution to suit the needs of each individual venue. Once a design is agreed upon, the workshop team manufacture the exhaust canopy ready for our installation team to install on site. Where a client is engaging us to design and supply only, we then freight the completed exhaust canopy to site. Over the years, our team has completed hundreds and hundreds of exhaust canopies for hospitality venues across Queensland. These include: Pubs Clubs Kitchens Restaurants Take away shops Resorts Mine sites Schools Sporting venues Hospitals Franchise sites Cafes Universities Bistros

Australian Manufacturing Week 2024 is being celebrated at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Sydney from the 17 - 19 April 2024. ​ Representing Townsville Stainless Steel, Ashley and Chris will attend the exhibition learning more about latest innovations, technology evolution and equipment in the advanced manufacturing sector.
